Customer Service Representative Job Description

At David's Bridal, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing orders.
  • Support sales promotions and visual updates to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
