Therapist for Developmental Needs

**About the Role**
Cambay Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Therapist for Developmental Needs to join our team. As an occupational therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing occupational therapy services to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Completing formal written reports of evaluation findings within seven business days.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Documenting therapy services provided and completing Service Notes.
- Assisting with completion of other documentation related to occupational therapy evaluations and therapy.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university.
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Arkansas.
- Current certification with the National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- One year of successful experience in a similar position working with infants/toddlers and/or preschool children with developmental disabilities or special needs.
Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
