Job Title: Data Analyst III

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst III to join our Commercial organization within the Industrial Components division. As a key member of our team, you will provide expertise to support and improve reporting, analysis, business insights, and actions for our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to build and deploy BI solutions to commercial needs
  • Analyze large amounts of information to discover and report on trends and patterns
  • Partner with ERP teams to troubleshoot data streams and harmonize reporting standards
  • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of BI solutions
  • Build continuous improvements and automation to improve existing processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, or relevant field
  • 5 years prior experience required
  • Commercial experience aligned Sales and Customer Care data and processes strongly preferred
  • Expertise in Power BI Required, certifications strongly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com reporting & Einstein / Tableau CRM, SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of data structure best practices - data warehousing, modeling, and mining
  • Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate organizational performance based upon information from disparate sources
