  • Market Research

    • Define, gather, analyze, and distribute intelligence about competitors and their digital initiatives to support executive-level decision making.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations worldwide in the market.
  • Strategy Development
    • Enable strategy formation based on market assessment and provide recommendations to the team.
    • Support digital products and R&D on executional elements based on strategic formation.
  • Data Analysis & Insights & Business Case Development
    • Analyze retail data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Create business cases to evaluate opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to 7-Eleven.
    • Manage executive-level communications, including board decks, investor updates, and executive updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/4-year degree.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, particularly with a focus on digital strategy or retail transformation.
  • Experience working with major consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey & Company, BCG, Deloitte) is highly desirable.
