Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Assist in crafting cookies at every stage of production
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes for preparing weekly cookies
- Follow recipes to make cookie dough, frosting, toppings, and glazes
- Portion mixed dough into consistent cookie dough balls for baking
- Pan out cookies onto baking sheets
- Dress cookies with weekly toppings
- Box customer orders of the world's best cookies
- Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain clean and tidy workspaces
- Restock ingredients and supplies
- Fold and prepare signature pink Crumbl boxes
- Vocally greet every customer
- Create and maintain eye contact
- Make memorable connections with guests
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
- Coach team members and train new staff
- Open and close registers, account for daily intake, and prepare cash deposits
- Handle customer issues and employee disputes

- At least 1 year in restaurant/food industry management (Preferred)
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- ServSafe Food Handlers Certification (Preferred but will pay for certification)

- Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift
