Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. food science, microbiology) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sanitation or quality control role in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
