About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to join our team at Schwan's Company. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and food safety in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sanitation team to ensure effective cleaning and sanitizing of the facility and equipment.
  • Develop and implement sanitation schedules and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of cleaning and sanitation work.
  • Monitor and report on sanitation performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring our facility remains compliant and efficient.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sanitation or a related field, with at least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation processes, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and execute against documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, government regulations, and procedure manuals.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
