About the Strategic Investments Team
The LISC Strategic Investments team is responsible for the design, development, and management of impact investment funds in various local markets across the nation.
Our approach prioritizes community impact while ensuring sustainable, risk-adjusted returns for our investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and existing investors.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective investors.
- Collaborate with Senior Directors to develop compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our fund offerings.
- Facilitate investment transactions alongside legal, marketing, and other relevant teams.
- Gather due diligence information and address investor inquiries.
- Conduct sensitivity and risk analysis for financial models.
- Support Senior Directors in sales and business development efforts.
- Generate quarterly reports detailing assets under management and fund offerings.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and business activities within our support systems.
- Organize quarterly and annual investor events.
- Assist in implementing software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of three years of related experience, ideally in finance or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (including macros, pivot tables, and v-lookup).
- Strong proofreading abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% annually.
