Position Overview

Role Summary: As a Senior Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in overseeing project execution with a focus on quality assurance. Utilizing strategic methodologies, precise statistical analysis, and tailored solutions, you will ensure that our production meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections on CNC machined components, particularly on multitasking lathes and advanced machining centers.
  • Understand and apply machining operations, techniques, tooling, and machinery effectively.
  • Implement problem-solving strategies and foster continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize CAD systems for process optimization, blueprint interpretation, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), preferably with PC-DMS software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks software.
  • Experience with PC-DMS software.
