About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Food Preparation Expert to join our team at Sam's Club. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food products daily, ensuring that our members have access to fresh and delicious options.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Fresh Food Products: Follow recipes and guidelines to prepare a variety of food items, including rotisserie chickens, salads, and snacks.
  • Maintain High Standards of Quality: Ensure that all prepared food meets our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Collaborate with other team members to meet the demands of a busy retail environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Food Safety Certification: Must possess a valid food safety certification or be willing to obtain one.

As a Food Preparation Expert at Sam's Club, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00, plus additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
