Pizza Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Pizza Service Ambassador to join our team at Stoner's Pizza Joint. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of approximately $12.50 per hour, commensurate with experience and location.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers to the restaurant with a smile
• Taking orders and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving concerns to the best of one's ability
• Maintaining a positive attitude and responding calmly to customer complaints

Key duties also involve attracting customers by promoting our product and company positively, answering questions, and addressing concerns as they arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving coaching and training, assisting management with in-store tasks, preparing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and showroom area.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and POS/KPS systems
• An understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols
• Good time-management skills and flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to handle the physical demands of a restaurant environment, including standing, lifting, and carrying
