About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at BJ's Restaurants. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting memorable experiences for our guests by serving expertly concocted cocktails and drinks that embody our brewhouse soul.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails and drinks that meet our high standards.
• Connect guests to the brewhouse escape they come to us for by recommending beverage and food pairings that exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant experience.
• Passion for serving up gracious hospitality and exhilarating brewhouse experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Age 21 or older.
