We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Field Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of roofing systems, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and install roofing projects at multiple job sites daily, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with homeowners, team members, and stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Accurately measure job sites, place material orders, and manage inventory to optimize project efficiency.
  • Document project progress through photography and reporting, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain company vehicles and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Participate in regular morning meetings to discuss project updates, address concerns, and align team efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction or roofing, with a strong understanding of roofing systems and materials.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Basic computer knowledge, with proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
