Job Title: Video Producer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Producer to join our team at Honest Abe Roofing Franchise. As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality video content that enhances our training programs and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce engaging video content for various platforms, including training videos, promotional materials, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with our training team to create effective instructional videos that enhance our training programs for staff and customers.
  • Develop scripts and storyboards to clearly convey messaging and ensure a smooth production process.
  • Oversee the entire video production process from concept to completion, managing timelines and resources efficiently.
  • Maintain and operate video production equipment, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand their needs for video content.
  • Review and edit footage to ensure all content is polished, professional, and on-brand.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Production, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role, preferably in a corporate or franchise environment.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and camera operation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects, including training and promotional content.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
