Your Role:

As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our elite tax division. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough reviews of complex tax returns across various categories including individual, partnership, S-corporation, and corporate filings.
  • Managing client engagements with a focus on risk management, timely billing, and profitability.

  • Staying informed on the latest developments in tax regulations and practices.
  • Promoting personal and team development through participation in training programs and mentorship.
  • Leading and mentoring junior staff to align their growth with the firm’s objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client portfolios, budgeting, and billing processes.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a client-focused approach and a commitment to quality.
  • Highly organized and analytical, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline; a Master's in Taxation is advantageous.
  • CPA or EA designation is preferred.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in tax return review and strategic planning for affluent clients and their businesses.
