Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process various journal entries
  • Maintain and reconcile records of fixed asset acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation
  • Conduct monthly bank account reconciliations
  • Calculate and document bad debt expenses
  • Manage records of prepaid expenses
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts accurately
  • Oversee operating and finance leases in accordance with ASC 842 standards
  • Support project teams during job cost transitions
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience with a focus on General Ledger reconciliation
  • An Associate Degree in Accounting or Business is preferred
  • Experience in the construction sector is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet software and applications, including Excel VLookups and Pivot Tables
  • Experience with accounting software such as CMiC is a plus
