Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Replenishment Planner to join our team at Crocs, Inc. As a Demand Replenishment Planner, you will play a critical role in coordinating activity across the functional and time spectrums to deliver mid/long term Demand Plan to ensure profitable business growth and in-stock levels for Core product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with key commercial partners to align upon demand review/consolidation plan, in season coordination, and MFP process seasonal hand off to the channel.
  • Own the Demand Plan for a given Sales Channel in Americas Region by adjusting and aligning with commercial needs as we approach seasonal buy execution.
  • Interpret changes in buying process into product investment - both increases and decreases to optimize balance of revenue with inventory in support of company goals.
  • Align and coordinate core / important carryover seasonal items with core planning and supply teams.
  • Lead the efforts of inventory and supply planning to proactively manage in-stock levels.
  • Propose seasonal and in season stocking strategies to commercial leads to balance margin / revenue generation with optimal working capital levels.
  • Coordinate actions upstream into supply chain to monitor, adjust and troubleshoot supply lines as well as optimize inventory across the Americas Region for a given sales channel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
  • ~3 years planning OTB / Demand; Demand Planning & OTB experience is required.
  • ~ Familiarization with Inventory and Service level planning.
  • ~ Experience in Merchandising Financial Planning process and/or Integrated Business Planning.
  • ~ Must have extensive experience and proficiency in Excel tools and functionality.
  • ~ Experience with MFP, Demand Planning systemic solutions.
