Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and assist clients in scheduling their appointments
  • Conduct outbound calls to remind clients of their upcoming appointments
  • Work collaboratively with management to fulfill necessary projects and independently handle delegated tasks
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and professional workspace
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and maintain accurate records
  • Execute data entry tasks as required
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management, including calendar management

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
