About the Role
The Car Sales Consultant role at Hertz is a highly rewarding opportunity for sales professionals to grow their careers in the automotive industry. As a skilled salesperson, you will be responsible for facilitating the sales and finance process, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets, maintain a strong CRM output, and provide excellent customer experience. This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales and finance process to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Support lot operations and omni-channel sales to maximize sales growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a strong CRM output and quality
- Utilize sales skills and techniques to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Support the finance process to achieve strong Finance and Insurance PVR
- Participate in vehicle photography, delivery to partner hubs, and lot organization and merchandising
- Ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and processed

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Car sales experience and a valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- A valid sales license for the relevant states

This role is based in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment, with opportunities to work with a variety of customers and colleagues. You will be required to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
