Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative at The Contractor Consultants, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in both residential and commercial construction services.

Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.

Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored construction solutions.

Sales Presentations:
Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients, clearly communicating the benefits and features of our construction services.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position The Contractor Consultants' services.

Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the project management and estimating teams to ensure accurate project scopes and smooth handoffs from sales to execution.

Client Follow-Up:
Provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing any client concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Preferred experience in construction sales, real estate, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to understand and communicate technical construction details and benefits to clients. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for traveling to client meetings and job sites.
