Director of Facilities Operations

Grifols is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities Operations to lead our West Coast facilities team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving cost savings through efficient maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
- Manage a team of facilities professionals to ensure effective maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of our facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
- Minimum 12 years of experience in facilities management, with 10 years of management experience
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving efficiency
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or closely related field
- Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $200,000 per year
- Eligibility for bonus pool
