Director of Facilities Operations

Grifols is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities Operations to lead our West Coast facilities team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving cost savings through efficient maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Manage a team of facilities professionals to ensure effective maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of our facilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in facilities management, with 10 years of management experience
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or closely related field
