We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Catering Event Staff. We have openings for both Bartenders and Servers who are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating lasting memories for our guests.

Bartender Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at catering events, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of drink recipes, including classic, modern, and signature cocktails, while staying informed about industry trends.
  • Set up and organize the bar area prior to each event, ensuring cleanliness and visual appeal.
  • Engage with guests in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing their requests.
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as necessary and conducting regular inventory assessments.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown tasks, including moving and arranging furniture, glassware, and other equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within a catering or hospitality setting, should be clearly outlined in your application.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must be capable of regularly lifting and carrying objects weighing 10-25 pounds, such as trays of food or beverage supplies, and performing tasks that require physical movement, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Bartenders must possess a relevant certification (e.g., TIPS certification) and indicate this in their application.
Successful completion of a background check and E-Verify confirmation of work authorization are prerequisites for employment.

Compensation: The pay range for Catering Event Staff positions is between $20 and $35 per hour, depending on experience and position.
