Job Summary:

As a Benefits Administrator at Palmetto Goodwill, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's benefit functions. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in administering employee benefit programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also provide support to team members regarding benefit-related inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that all employees have access to the benefits they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain benefit data for all employees in ADP, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Assist with annual open enrollment for health benefits and 401K, providing support to team members during this process.
Support compliance requirements with all HIPAA and COBRA regulations, ensuring the integrity of all confidential and/or secured files.
Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner, providing friendly and informative customer service to team members.
Perform monthly bill reconciliations, ensuring that all benefits-related expenses are accurately accounted for.
Prepare and compile reports on benefits usage, costs, and trends for management review, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Has a strong understanding of benefit administration and compliance regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment:

The work is normally performed in an office environment, with a moderate noise level. The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Comply with all Agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, Department of Labor, and other regulatory standards.
