Teller Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller Supervisor to join our team at Self-Help Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch, providing exceptional member service, and supporting the growth and development of our staff.

• Branch Operations: Assist in ensuring the branch is properly staffed and effective, complete branch self-assessments, and participate in performance and accountability sessions with MSR staff.
• Member Servicing: Explain services to potential members, actively support business development activities, and perform other duties as assigned.

• English/Spanish fluency strongly preferred
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience of Two (2) to three (3) years of banking or retail experience, including one (1) year of leadership experience
• May be required to travel to cover other branches
• Prior sales or sales management experience in a financial institution, retail, or service industry preferred
• Keen attention to detail, ability to effectively organize and prioritize work
