Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Provide office coordination in support of geophysical vendor field operations, ensuring seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate the disposition of RFIs, NCRs, and Field Changes, addressing and resolving day-to-day project coordination challenges.
  • Design Change Management: Assist in managing design changes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Issue Identification and Mitigation: Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify, log, analyze, and resolve/mitigate issues and risks, ensuring project deliverables are met.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management preferred.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Project Management Processes and Project Management methodologies.
  • Experience: Experience in project coordination and/or technical experience in large Design & Build projects.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships while working in a team setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in current communication mediums and technologies, including Microsoft Office and telecommunications.

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate: $50/hour
  • Schedule: 5/2 (40 hours per week)
