The Kitchen Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our culinary services. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and train kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and handled in accordance with state and local health codes, and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and kitchen supplies to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Work with the culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
