Challenger Sports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team. As an Academy Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality soccer sessions to players of various age groups and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging soccer sessions that cater to the needs of our players
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive training environment
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience for all
- Manage session plans and logbooks to track progress and maintain records
- Adapt to changing circumstances, such as inclement weather, and adjust schedules as needed
- Proven experience in coaching soccer, preferably with children of various age groups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid work authorization to work in the USA
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a weekly gross salary of $450-$600, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development.
LocationPositions are available throughout the New Jersey area, with a focus on accommodating travel within a 1-hour radius of your home.
