Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive infrastructure strategy to support business growth and objectives
  • Lead a team of 4-5 members in driving technological advancements and overseeing infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs
  • Design and implement LAN architecture to support business requirements
  • Investigate and propose the benefits of a cloud-based phone system and create a roadmap for its implementation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a hands-on technical manager
  • Strong technical background to contribute to design, requirements gathering, and testing
  • Knowledge of LAN design, planning, and architecture
  • Familiarity with switch/route concepts, regardless of brand
  • Experience with telecom services and vendors, with the ability to make strategic decisions

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Fortinet, SD-WAN, Cisco, cloud solutions, and Azure
  • Ability to envision and implement cloud-based phone systems
  • Strategic thinking and ability to create roadmaps for future technological advancements
