Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing home-based speech therapy services to our clients. The successful candidate will conduct home visits, assess and treat speech and language disorders, and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments in clients' homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
  • Provide speech therapy services to clients in their homes, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Current NYS Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Master's degree in related field preferred
  • Previous experience working in a geriatric population required
  • Availability to work in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan areas
