About This Role

This Technical Quality Inspector position plays a vital role in ensuring products meet quality standards. The successful candidate will inspect and test products, identifying defects before they reach customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with equipment and performing quality inspections on related items.
  • Performing microbiological and chemical testing of finished products, raw materials, and associated items as required.
  • Involvement in product weight control, antibiotic testing, lab equipment maintenance and calibration, and lab sanitation.
  • Maintaining communication with other departments and employees regarding problems and concerns that may restrict production efficiency.
  • Completing required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Obtaining and maintaining State certification for antibiotic testing within company guidelines.
  • Adhering to food safety and quality system requirements by meeting pertinent regulatory, customer, and SQF requirements.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $19.50-$20.50 per hour, based on national averages and location.
