About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Lead to join our team at Nebulon Dynamics Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex technical projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

As a Technical Project Lead, you will bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Planning and Execution:
  • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project roadmaps, outlining milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Monitor progress using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and adjust plans as needed.
Technical Leadership:
  • Understand complex technical challenges and translate them into clear requirements for engineering teams.
  • Lead discussions to address technical challenges and drive consensus among team members.
  • Ensure that technical deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with company objectives.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex technical details in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and updates to senior management and clients.
Risk Management:
  • Assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement solutions to prevent project delays or scope creep.
  • Prepare contingency plans to address unexpected challenges or changes in scope.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, or related role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional technical projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in an engineering, software development, or IT environment is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes an estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, and generous paid time off.
