Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inpatient pharmacist duties, including medication order verification, patient medication assessments, and clinical consultations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Utilize the EPIC IT system for medication management and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Current Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in inpatient pharmacy and familiarity with the EPIC system preferred.
