We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at a premier 500+ bed Level I Trauma Center in Johnstown, PA. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to leverage your inpatient experience and make a real impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform medication order verification, patient medication assessments, and clinical consultations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Utilize the EPIC IT system for medication management and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Current Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in inpatient pharmacy and familiarity with the EPIC system preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
