Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Healthcare Patient Liaison, you will be the welcoming presence that interacts with patients both in person and via phone. Your approachable communication style is essential in creating a positive first impression for our practice.
  • Oversee the patient flow within the facility, ensuring timely consultations with the healthcare provider, which includes greeting, check-in, escorting to examination rooms, check-out, processing payments, and rescheduling future appointments.
  • Handle patient appointment scheduling through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, text messages, and phone calls.
  • Maintain ongoing office duties to ensure the workspace is organized and tidy.
  • Manage incoming calls and ensure they are answered promptly and courteously.
  • Occasionally assist with promotional activities, such as capturing images during in-office events or helping to organize marketing materials.
  • Flexibility to work at both office locations as needed.
  • Process patient payments and address their requests efficiently.
  • Perform additional office tasks or assignments as directed by leadership.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
