Key Responsibilities:
- As a Healthcare Patient Liaison, you will be the welcoming presence that interacts with patients both in person and via phone. Your approachable communication style is essential in creating a positive first impression for our practice.
- Oversee the patient flow within the facility, ensuring timely consultations with the healthcare provider, which includes greeting, check-in, escorting to examination rooms, check-out, processing payments, and rescheduling future appointments.
- Handle patient appointment scheduling through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, text messages, and phone calls.
- Maintain ongoing office duties to ensure the workspace is organized and tidy.
- Manage incoming calls and ensure they are answered promptly and courteously.
- Occasionally assist with promotional activities, such as capturing images during in-office events or helping to organize marketing materials.
- Flexibility to work at both office locations as needed.
- Process patient payments and address their requests efficiently.
- Perform additional office tasks or assignments as directed by leadership.
Qualifications and Attributes:
