HouseMaster is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting HouseMaster services to real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, insurance agents, and other real estate service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the owners, including answering phones, creating agendas and presentations, taking meeting notes, and reports.
- Develop and implement a successful marketing plan to drive revenue growth, increase visibility, and enhance reputation.
- Ensure phone coverage during business hours and follow existing HouseMaster script for telephone and personal contact with potential clients and referral partners.
- Drive to a minimum number of offices per designated time period and schedule "office talks".
- Attend industry networking functions and compile and distribute marketing give-a-ways.
- Book home inspections and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- 2+ years of business, sales, or marketing experience preferred.
- Degree in Marketing or Sales preferred (college student is acceptable).
- Real Estate experience preferred.
- Proficient with computers and social media.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective, versatile, and action-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with business relations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
