Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Conduct thorough physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed to inform treatment decisions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and procedural interventions, to address patient needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health literacy and self-management.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or degree program.
- One year of experience in orthopedic nursing or a related field.
- Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State.
- BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
