Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Associate to join our Master Data and Product Information team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and maintaining product/item specifications, ensuring the accuracy of master data records in the PIM system, and serving as a resource to the Berlin Packaging user community in problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Maintenance

Support operational activities through direct data entry of product master data in the PIM system.

Data Collection and Verification

Work with the Berlin Packaging user community to identify, verify, and compile all related master data for all domains in scope. Data collection includes design concepts, technical drawings, samples, and attributes required to properly differentiate products by supplier.

Process Execution and Data Conformance

Execute processes to ensure seamless consumption of data by business users and create, maintain, and standardize data according to established standards in the PIM system.

Data Research and Categorization

Verify data through market and end-use research to best categorize and classify items prior to data entry.

Adherence to Company Controls and Processes

Adhere to all company controls and processes and ensure urgent requests are processed immediately and SLAs are met.

Modeling Berlin Values

Model the Berlin Values as defined in the employee portion of the T-Chart.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

BA/BS in business or similar, or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills

A proven track record of critical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen, strong collaboration and communication skills, comfort with technology and cloud-based systems, spreadsheets, and data manipulation, strong attention to detail, ability to build relationships with the business and suppliers, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

Corporate office environment.
