Job Description

As a Combat Engineer with the Army National Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of military operations by designing and building infrastructure, detecting and neutralizing hazards, and providing support to fellow Soldiers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct and maintain infrastructure, including bridges, roads, and defensive positions
  • Conduct route clearance and explosive ordnance disposal operations
  • Operate heavy equipment and use hand and power tools
Required Skills
  • Basic demolitions and explosive hazards training
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Physical stamina to perform strenuous activities over long periods
