Job Description

HedgeApple Inc., a leading digital eCommerce furniture retailer, is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our growing development team. As a member of our team, you will create, update, and utilize custom data-processing scripts written in Python to transform and map business data to our production database using an in-house data warehousing tool.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom Python scripts for data processing and transformation
- Collaborate with the database team to ensure seamless data integration
- Work with the data warehousing tool to map business data to our production database
- Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in software development, preferably with Python
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Familiarity with Excel or LibreOffice Calc
- Familiarity with Amazon S3
- Familiarity with version control, ideally using Github

Nice to Have:
- Web scraping experience
- Experience with Django or Flask
- Linux and command-line familiarity
- Previous experience with Monday.com
- Familiarity with FTP/SFTP
