Job Description

The Community Enrollment Representative plays a vital role in our community outreach and marketing strategy. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to network with corporate clients, community partners, and consumers. You will develop and execute community outreach and marketing campaigns specific to client target markets and act as a liaison between brands and community members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage face-to-face with consumers in targeted markets to ensure consistent communication and promotion of client sales campaigns.
  • Distribute products to qualified consumers and serve as the primary consumer contact during on-site community outreach campaigns.
  • Process sales orders, manage product distribution, communicate regularly with participants, and conduct promotional marketing and community enrollment to connect clients' programs with more community members in need.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement community engagement and sales strategies to promote products and programs.
  • Oversee participant data collection and maintenance to meet reporting requirements.
  • Assist with market research and community outreach in potential site communities.
Requirements
  • Experience in promotional marketing, sales, field marketing, or community relations campaigns.
  • Volunteer experience or involvement with charities and community organizations is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse groups of people.
  • A desire to develop leadership skills and positively impact your community.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
