As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming and registering guests, delivering outstanding service throughout their stay, and efficiently handling their accounts upon departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs with precision.
  • Create and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Manage room assignments and adhere to specific requirements.
  • Pre-register guests and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Communicate essential guest information to relevant departments.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding guest and hotel information.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure secure access to guest rooms.
  • Maintain comprehensive guest history files.
  • Accommodate room changes as requested.
  • Document guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and promotions.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests with professionalism.
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Manage phone calls and messages accurately.
  • Keep accurate records of cash flows and registrations.
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Ensure cleanliness in common areas and the lobby.
  • Summarize and relay information about the property and surrounding amenities.
  • Process all guest communications and requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with departments as needed to resolve guest issues.
  • Review daily logs and document relevant information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
