A prominent law firm in Wichita, Kansas, is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join their thriving family law practice.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in domestic law, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in handling complex family law matters.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling domestic law cases from initial consultation to trial
- Developing and executing case strategy with other attorneys and support staff
- Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients and court personnel
- Managing client budgets and anticipating case-related fees and expenses
Requirements include:
- Active licensure in good standing to practice law in Kansas
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to travel for court hearings and other case-related engagements
- Experience in criminal law a plus
