- Experience in planning maintenance operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and other relevant areas.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management preferred.
- Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and operations, with a strong background in encapsulation, blender, maintenance, press, and troubleshooting.
