Job Title: Structural Engineer III

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer III to join our team at Clark Nexsen. As a key member of our structural engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and analysis of complex structural systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and analysis of structural systems, including gravity and lateral load-resisting systems
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement design solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in structural engineering software and tools
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
  • Participate in project meetings and presentations to communicate technical information to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one US state
  • Minimum 5-12 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and analysis
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of structural engineering software and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • LEED AP or LEED Green Associate accreditation
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit and other structural engineering software
  • Active participation in professional organizations, such as NSPE and ASCE
