Job Summary: BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Agile Scrum Master to support our clients in the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and programs using Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex projects and programs using Agile methodologies, including JIRAs, sprints, and team meetings.
- Oversee projects and tasks that involve upgrades, bug fixes, deployments, metrics, monitoring, and platform automations.
- Assist in maintaining a list of action items coming out of critical user engagement forums.
- Serve as a liaison between client partners and vendors in coordination with other team members.
- Manage a suite of projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Deliver large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business.
- Communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization.
- Present to executives and provide executive reporting.
- Highly organized with critical thinking abilities at both the strategic and tactical levels.
- Familiarity with various project management tools, including JIRA, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Experience working on Big Data Technologies, including Cloudera, Hadoop, Impala, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Docker-Container, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
- PMP and other Product Management certifications.
Requirements:
- Experience in Agile project management and Scrum Master roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Highly organized with critical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with Big Data Technologies.
- PMP and other Product Management certifications.
