Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Analyze and interpret weekly labor reports, influencing field labor effectively.
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships by consistently exceeding expectations and providing creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-15+ years of experience in managing electrical projects.
  • Experience with design-build commercial electrical projects is advantageous.
  • Background in managing vertical construction commercial projects.
  • Estimating experience, preferably with McCormick or Accubid.
  • Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Professional presentation skills to represent the company effectively.
