  • Perform tasks in support of the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Engineer.
  • Monitor system utilization data and identify issues.
  • Assist in the development of LMR communications and maintenance planning.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to LMR systems.
  • Evaluate operations to determine improvements.
  • Assist in the installation and modification of LMR systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
  • Program radios for various operations.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for LMRs.
  • Develop radio and console personalities based on user requirements.
  • Participate in customer meetings and staff visits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in radio engineering support.
  • Possess required certifications for IAT-II.
  • Secret clearance Tier 5 investigation required.
