Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our ACT team, you will provide community-based, in-home individual and family interventions to Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder clients.

">Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing service coordination and crisis assessment and intervention.
  • Developing and implementing personalized plans to address client mental health issues.
  • Offering individual, family, or group therapy sessions to clients, families, and natural supports.
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and natural supports to review and achieve goals outlined in the person-centered plan.

">Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a strong foundation in mental health services, including:

  • A degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • An associate or full mental health license (e.g., LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LCAS/A).
  • Experience working with clients, families, and natural supports in a community-based setting.

We offer a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience, and excellent benefits packages.
