Position Overview

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative who will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and providing effective solutions to enhance company profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company offerings to both prospective and current clients

  • Achieve specified sales objectives within designated timeframes
  • Handle customer questions and resolve any issues that arise
  • Schedule follow-up meetings to keep clients informed about new developments
  • Develop promotional materials to effectively communicate with clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer relations, or similar roles
  • Ability to leverage social media and face-to-face interactions to attract new and recurring clients
  • Proficient in establishing strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Maintain organized records of each new client acquired and their subscription status.

Compensation Structure:

  • Earn 28% commission on each subscription fee for new clients beyond the trial period
  • Eligibility for monthly bonuses based on performance
