  • Develop and implement treatment plans, setting goals and objectives to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide therapeutic services in the home or community, integrating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Monitor patient progress, implementing testing procedures to evaluate and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Stay current with the latest alternative communication techniques, implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy activities and results.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Current NY State license in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
